Some people said, that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Well, i agree with that statement, because for me breakfast is the most important meal to boost my mood and my energy. Healthy food, especially healthy breakfast doesn’t have to be boring, you can find lot of healthy breakfast recipe online, i personally like to find some recipe from Pinterest, because i can see the picture of the food that i will cook. And the most important thing it’s all free!
I’m that kind of person who like savory meal so for breakfast i’d like to make scramble egg with toast, sometimes if i have avocado i will add it on top of my toast. But i also like to make hot soup, with vegetables and egg, so it’s kinda like crab soup while it’s not.
Even though i like savory breakfast, i still like to make sweet breakfast while eating oatmeal. Oatmeal is one of amazing ingredients for breakfast because it’s high in fiber and nutrients. I don’t really like savory oatmeal dish, so if it’s related to oatmeal, i’d like to make it sweet with honey and fruits. For me it’s more refreshing.
