Cancer is a disease caused by the abnormal growth of body tissue cells that turn into cancer cells. In it’s development, cancer cells can spread to other body parts, so that it causes death.

Fact: Most of them get affected by cancer because of exposure to harmful chemicals

What Can We Do To Avoid Cancer?

  • don’t smoke
  • avoid places full of smoke and smokers
  • maintain a stable bodyweight
  • implement a healthy lifestyle
  • avoid alcoholic beverages
  • avoid eating foods that are too burnt
